Promise Land Property Maintenance and Services, LLC was started by a father who wanted to teach his children how to work and be prepared for their lives.  Prior to the establishment of PLPMS, LLC my father, John Brensinger IV had experience in managing and doing handyman services for his father's rental business and his own. He also has gained experience working in the field of H.V.A.C and as Directors of several large Independent and Assisted Senior living apartment complexes.  

We believe in providing  honest, quality services, with fair prices. We are experienced working with  homeowners,  vacation homes, property investors, and realtors etc.
